Sauna Social began in Waterford with a simple belief:

We wanted to create an outdoor wellness experience that felt welcoming rather than intimidating. Somewhere people could step away from the noise, challenge themselves, slow down and genuinely connect with the people around them.

Our wood-fired saunas and professionally filtered cold plunges are at the heart of the experience,

but Sauna Social has always been about more than the equipment.

It is about the conversations between rounds, the friendships that form, the people who arrive nervous and leave feeling completely reset.
