At Sauna Social Waterford, we offer private sauna sessions and exclusive venue hire, giving your group the chance to unwind, reconnect and enjoy the heat, cold and conversation together.

Private Sauna €120

Up to 10 people | 50 minutes

Perfect for smaller groups who want to enjoy their own wood-fired sauna together.

Please note: This is a private sauna booking, not exclusive hire of the entire venue. The cold plunges, hot tub and communal areas remain shared with other visitors.

Full Site Private Hire €250

Up to 20 people | 50 minutes

Take over Sauna Social for your group and enjoy the full experience privately.

Your booking includes:

  • Exclusive use of both wood-fired saunas

  • All cold plunge baths

  • Our wood-fired hot tub

  • Changing facilities and relaxation areas

  • Our team on-site to welcome and assist your group

Extended Private Hire €300

Up to 24 people | 90 minutes

A little more time to enjoy everything at your own pace.

We recommend our extended session for groups of 18–24 people, giving everyone more opportunity to rotate between the saunas, cold plunges and hot tub without feeling rushed.

Smaller groups are more than welcome to choose this option too if they'd prefer a longer, more relaxed experience.

How to arrange your booking?

All group bookings are arranged directly with our team and are subject to availability.

For full-site private hire, we recommend contacting us at least 14 days in advance, particularly if you have a specific date or weekend in mind.

Simply send us your preferred date, approximate time, group size and preferred booking option.

We'll review availability and get back to you with the next steps.

Please note: Submitting an enquiry does not automatically reserve a session. Your booking is only confirmed once we've agreed the arrangements and issued confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Our €120 private sauna option is designed for groups of up to 10 people. You'll have exclusive use of one sauna while the wider facilities remain open to other guests.

  • Yes, when you choose either of our full-site private hire options. Both saunas, the cold plunges and the hot tub will be reserved exclusively for your group.

  • Of course. The extended session is available to smaller groups who would prefer additional time to relax and enjoy the facilities.

  • For groups of 21–24 people, our 90-minute extended private hire option is the most suitable. Guests rotate between the different facilities, as sauna seating is limited.

  • We recommend a minimum of 14 days for full-site hire. Shorter-notice enquiries can be considered, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session to get changed and ready. Use of the facilities begins at your confirmed booking time.

  • Swimwear, 2 towels, water and flip-flops are recommended. Changing facilities are available on-site.

  • Our usual minimum age is 18, unless an arrangement has been agreed in advance and younger guests are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minimum 16

  • No. Alcohol is not permitted before or during sessions. We want everyone to enjoy a comfortable and safe experience.

  • Once we receive your enquiry, we'll check availability and contact you to arrange confirmation and payment.
